Prices, VAT And Payment

All prices in the webshop are shown in NOK and include Norwegian VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping and any additional costs are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is made through the available checkout payment methods, including Vipps/MobilePay where offered. The order is binding when payment has been completed and the order confirmation has been issued.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the confirmation matches your order and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

Products, Custom Work And Availability

Nora Tactical sells tactical nylon products, custom tactical gear and related design/development services. Some products may be made in small batches or made to order. Custom-made products, products made to your specifications, prototypes and commissioned development work may have separate lead times, payment milestones and approval steps agreed by email or written quotation.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown where available, but delays may occur for made-to-order products, custom projects or circumstances outside our control. Risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered to the customer or collected by the customer. For business purchases, risk may pass according to the agreed delivery terms.

Right Of Withdrawal And Returns

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law when buying standard goods online. To use the right of withdrawal, contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized products, including custom tactical gear, one-off prototypes and other commissioned custom work. Business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal unless this is agreed separately in writing.

Condition Of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be sent back in clean and unused condition, with any accessories and packaging that are reasonably necessary for resale. If the value of the goods is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Complaints And Defects

If a product has a defect, contact us by email as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos. Consumer purchases are handled in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Business purchases are handled in accordance with the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act unless otherwise agreed.

Use, Compliance And Export Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that purchased products are legal to purchase, import, possess and use in the customer’s jurisdiction and intended context. Nora Tactical may refuse or cancel orders where legal, export-control, sanctions, security or misuse concerns apply.

Personal Data

We process customer information needed to handle orders, payment, shipping, accounting and customer service. Payment information is handled by the payment provider used at checkout, such as Vipps/MobilePay where offered. We do not store full payment card details.

Disputes And Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council or relevant dispute resolution body where applicable.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these sales terms when needed. The version that applies to a purchase is the version published on this page at the time the order is placed, unless mandatory law gives the customer better rights.
